Ingredients:

Raw peanuts
Liquid Cisne Salt.

Method:

Place the raw peanuts in a baking tray and roast in the oven.
Stir often.
After 20/25 minutes take out of the oven and spray with Cisne Liquid Salt to taste.
Place the peanuts back in the oven for 1 minute.
